Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period — you won't lose access to Pro features mid-cycle.
What happens when I exceed my monitor limit on the Free plan?
Existing monitors continue running. You'll receive a notification when you hit the 5-monitor cap. New monitors can be added once you upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, or by removing inactive monitors.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes — every Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.
What does the Enterprise SLA cover?
Our 99.99% uptime SLA applies to the PingSled monitoring infrastructure itself — meaning the platform that runs your checks and delivers alerts. If we fall below that threshold in a calendar month, you receive service credits of up to 95% of your monthly invoice, applied to the following billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
We offer a 30% discount on Pro plans for verified nonprofits and early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under $1 M in funding). Contact our sales team at sales@pingsled.io with details and we'll get you set up within one business day.
Can I pay with a purchase order or invoice?
Enterprise plans support purchase orders, invoicing, and net-30 payment terms. All major credit cards and wire transfers are accepted. Let our sales team know your preferred method during onboarding.
